*Q: What are your shipping charges? Ground - $10 2 Day - $22 Next Day - $30, this is an average. Cost varies depending on weight & location. Contact us for exact next day shipping costs.
Please Note: Shipping times are in addition to processing time. At this time, most of our designers only ship within the United States. PSA Essentials will ship orders to Canada, contact us for more information. Shipping to HI is available but customers will incur significantly higher costs, please contact us for a quote.
*Q: How long will my order take to process? Processing times vary by manufacturer and shipping options determine when your order will arrive. Proofs usually arrive within 48 business hours and once they are approved, most orders will be processed within 5 business days. Orders will be shipped according to the customer's request. If a proof is not requested, orders are usually processed and shipped in 5-7 business days. Personalized ceramic items take 3-4 weeks to process, some customized & personalized items take up to 4 weeks so please order early to avoid disappointment. Items that we have in stock will ship within 2-4 business days.

*Q: How do I submit a photo for printing? Email photo attachments to info@thepinchycrab.com Please include your name and order number.
Stacy Claire Boyd “Imagination”- Acceptable digital file formats are JPEG and TIF. For digital files the minimum resolution is 150 dpi. Photos taken with digital cameras, when set on the highest quality setting, will usually suffice. All Imagitation orders require a fax proof. Imagitation orders will require two additional days of in-house processing. The quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the photo or digital image. Inkjet photos are not acceptable. Images may be cropped in order to make them fit properly. Please do not cut the photo down to size before sending it to TPC. We need to allow for flexibility in placing the photo into the Imagitation frame. Please select a photo appropriate for the Imagitation you choose. For best results, provide a portrait photo layout for vertical Imagitations and a landscape photo layout for horizontal Imagitations. Converting a landscape photo to vertical or to a square shape may not be possible in some instances because the image fills the entire frame. At no additional charge, we can convert a color image to black and white or to sepia tone.
Permission -By submitting your order, you represent to us that you either own the image or that you have permission from the copyright holder or other owner to reproduce the image, and that our reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any other person. Also, by submitting your order you agree to indemnify us and defend and hold us harmless from all actions, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys fees and costs, arising out of or relating to: (a) our possession or reproduction of the image and (b) any breach of your representations in the previous sentence.

- Errors made by The Pinchy Crab or the manufacturer will be reprinted at no charge and shipped as soon as possible.
- Errors made by the customer will be reprinted at a discounted cost as soon as possible. Shipping and proof charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
*Q: Can I order a proof?
- Yes, proofs are available - cost varies by designer.
- Proofs will be sent via email, usually within 48 business hours.
- Upon customer approval, your order will be printed and shipped.
*Q: Do you charge sales tax? Maryland residents will be charged the 6% state sales tax.
*Q: What is your cancellation policy? If the manufacturer has already started the order and created a proof, we need to charge a $40.00 cancellation fee. Contact us ASAP if you need to cancel an order.
*Q: What is your return policy?
Non-personalized, unopened items may be returned within 14 days, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in good condition for a full refund. Personalized items are not returnable because of their customized nature.
*Q: Can a return address be printed on the envelopes? Yes, for most designers but pricing will vary by manufacturer. Please utilize the drop down boxes on the product pages for pricing.
*Q: What is your privacy policy? We do not share your information with third parties. However, we do need to share your information with the manufacturer for processing and shipping.
*Q: What are your payment options? We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Paypal.

*Q: Do you sell blank stock?
Yes, a lot of our products are available as blank stock. Please email at info@thepinchycrab.com Make sure to include the desiger, item number, description and the quantity that you would like. We will send you a quote within 24 hours. We do have minimum quantity orders and the quantities vary by designer. Please review our "blank stock" section to find great deals!
*Q: I live locally, can I pick up my order to avoid shipping charges?
Yes, if you are purchasing something that we have in stock. If you are purchasing something that is going to be shipped from one of our designers, we need to pass along charges for shipping. |
