Minimum order is 50 cups.
Product Color Variations
The manufacturer cannot assume responsibility for slight shade variations of products or print colors. Environmental concerns and manufacturer productions cause changes beyond our control which are typical variations in the industry. Please advise your customers accordingly.
Scratches On Cups
The manufacturer will not be responsible for scratches on cups as this is a common occurrence in the production of cups. Customers must assume the risk on all cup orders.
Ink Odor
Screen printed items are printed with inks that must evaporate to dry. The ink will dry but there may be a residual odor from the vapors. This odor, if detectable, is not considered a defect.
Ink Adhesion
Stadium & Shatterproof cups are residential top rack dishwasher safe. However, due to variables between inks, ink additives, & plastics beyond our control the imprint is not guaranteed to stay on. Although these two cups can be re-used all cup orders are sold as disposable.
Over / Under Run
An accidental over or under run of 5% will constitute a complete order. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts.
